COUPLES COUNSELING

Kathy approaches her counseling and coaching where the couple is in their life —pre-marital, newly married, couples with young children, couples with teens, empty nest and no children, and second, third or more marriages (this one a love for a lifetime). In addition she offers Individual and couples workshops and follow up groups.

ADULT COUNSELING

Kathy assists her adult clients in developing greater self awareness; promoting sustained self healing; cultivating real self acceptance and in discovering their true purpose in life. She works with adults through life-changing and situation altering traumas such as divorce, death, career-changes, dating, etc.

ADOLESCENT COUNSELING

Kathy coaches her adolescent clients toward developing greater self acceptance, knowledge and awareness;  helping them to heal the extraordinary challenges they face as adolescents;  and urging them in discovering their path to growth. She works with adolescents through life-changing and situation-altering traumas such as dealing with bullies, divorce, school, peer pressures, and other challenges, both big and small.

CHILDREN COUNSELING

Kathy has a special talent working with children, helping them to heal the unique challenges inherent in the life of being a child and helping them to discover their own special individuality. She works with children through life-changing and situation-altering traumas such as dealing with bullies, divorce, school, peer pressures, and other challenges.

FAMILY COUNSELING

Kathy creates a focus for families on healing, living, loving and growing together through the everyday and life-altering challenges. She believes the family is an interactional unit and a change in one member can have profound effects on all family members.

MEDIATION

Kathy offers counseling and coaching for family owned business, company and corporate relations and functioning in the workplace (ie.resolving workplace disputes, EEO complaints, and management-employee issues).

CONSULTATION

Kathy offers counseling, workshops and is available for lecture with therapy groups, organizations, and companies.
